Adoptions
On any given day, The North Brunswick Humane Association (NBHA) is contacted to trap feral kittens & cats in many of our residential communities. The process is called TNVR ( Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate and Return). Many of these animals come to us for extra care and healing until they are ready for their forever homes.
By adopting a furry bundle of joy from the NBHA, you will be changing the life of a homeless pet and taking part in a lifesaving movement.
To begin the adoption process, check out our available pets below and then complete the online adoption application at the bottom of this page.
There are no wrong answers in the application, so please answer honestly. It helps us match you with your perfect companion.
After you complete the application a NBHA Member will contact you.
TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADOPTER, YOU MUST:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have identification showing your present address.
- Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord.
- Be able & willing to spend the time & money necessary to provide medical treatment & proper care of the pet.
